Anika is an expert in modelling and implementing effective and efficient cross border strategies with main focus on venture deals. She has an extensive experience in dealing with international funds and private equity. As an executive advisor responsible over the years for developing, expanding, M&A, restructuring and exiting of businesses, she embraces projects holistically, from many standpoints including legal, tax, financial and yet market perspective.
Previously she was responsible for guiding and implementing innovative solutions to secure the best corporate results as a Head of PE and Board Member to a vast number of operational companies. Dealing with international sectors for the last 12 years, mainly in Scandinavia, Poland, Luxembourg and Switzerland, she has expanded the area of competence in searching for great investment opportunities. She is a VCs and Business Angels representative in startups scouting and investments execution. Venture Partner for ALFABEAT – a seed and early stage venture capital fund for Enterprise Software companies with global potential.
She founded STARVISORY to support startups and investors in their international development by creating a real economic value for both parties. With her Scandinavian mindset and openness, currently she is also developing a sustainable blockchain enabled solution for increasing transparency across supply chains.
Anika holds a double Master’s Degree in Law and Economics and is a Certified Tax Advisor.
