He has experience in corporate finance gained in financial institutions and consulting companies. He has conducted dozens of consulting projects in the fields of: enterprise software design and roll-outs, valuation, causality analysis, capital transactions, financial montage, introducing companies to the alternative market and strategic analysis.
He has been working for global clients from the majority of sectors of the economy.
He is currently a Partner at Zarzecki i Wspólnicy and CEO of a software company – QVISTORP. He is passionate about data science, financial modelling and business valuation.
Jakub is a professional Financier with International Qualifications, holding IFRS and Master’s Degree in IT and Econometrics, PhD Candidate in Econometrics and Statistics Economy.
